New guttering and water tank for the Batwa

In June 2023 we sent funds so that the church builder could return to Mikingo Village and add guttering to the new roofs of the Batwa houses, which will help to keep the houses even drier.

The gutters will drain into a big rainwater harvesting tank, so the Batwa will have more water for hygiene, washing and drinking. Work has begun on this project. Additionally, we sent five boxes of clothing.
